Since our products are freshly prepared and processed immediately after an order is placed, orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Makrand sweets is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control after dispatch.

In the event that an order is cancelled by makrand sweets due to unforeseen circumstances, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Makrand sweets reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or violation of our website policies.
